Strengths: You know exactly what to expect if the marriage is broken.
Cons: Can you trust question whether you and your partner together.
Pre-PMB are for people who have substantial assets. If this is your first marriage, who is young and starting from scratch, you may not have the need for a prenuptial agreement. What do you want to be protected? On the other hand, if you have a house or business, a large inheritance, etc., you can ensure that they remain entirely yours.
Personally I do not think they believe in and more money in my practice if I do.
It has been said: "For better or worse but just in case ..." And if this attitude, why first married?
Therefore, it is a good thing for the person who has to protect the assets, if it goes wrong. This means that almost a habit usually half or more of the assets replaced as desired. The disadvantage is that it seems that you can set up a divorce. That is not true, but. You need to become a lawyer about what is talking THT protected and why. Good luck to you.
I can only think of professionals - who can get your finances and that the divorce easier.
I've heard that in some places to ignore judges, but not really save it as a scam, it's just something that happens.

The man must always get absolutely prenuptiall before marriage. If the woman against the signing of the marriage contract, then get rid of the bits (* & * CH !!!!!
Just do it. If you already use, you will not regret it. And if it is not so good for you!
