If you install wine, probably the work. Wine is a program that you run most Windows programs under Linux.

I checked the Wine AppDB and seems to Peachtree Accounting 2006 has been tested to work with maybe a few questions. Who was in an older version of wine, but 9.0.30. The current Wine version is 9.0.55.

I suggest first try, before you start installing Ubuntu for all teams. It could be possible until a suitable replacement for Linux application that can open the data as Peachtree find.

To answer this question would be, the people, the Sales Section of Business of Canonical Ltd. Ubuntu ask, do not forget the published version is a descendant of the Enterprise version.

With the open source Linux must be offered and given to the general public, but without support, that the case of groups of users (community) is involved, and support for public dissemination.

With regard to the implementation Peachtree Yes, it runs on a virtual system .. for those who do not have Windows on a Linux system at the same time ... Advanced Linux since the days of wine for the Windows ...

She herself researching what can and what not to do with Linux ...

As I said Linux is now in the hands of big business ... Novell Suse Linux on the hard way that the public release of openSUSE. Red Hat Linux is the enterprise itself. and Fedora is the public version of Red Hat.

D so that each question must be held by a special version of Linux the company is to be used will be answered.

differently by the wayconsider is the published version can not be used by the company .. they must pay for the service concession ... Read the license agreement
