It's something we could discuss with your doctor. It should be given courses in Management of anxiety in your area pyschologists with boards or therapists or therapists in psychiatry.

But here are some tips on how I made many studies.

1.SLEEP. Sleep well enough.
2. No caffeine. No tea / coffee / coke etc, because it is the nervous system "nervousness" and is wishful thinking at 12-times faster and sweaty palms, buterfl, insomnia, etc.
3. Eat complex carbohydrates that release sugar slowly.
4. Cognitive and linguistic approaches. Buy "Feeling Good The New Mood Therapy by David Burns, and" Guide to Rational Living by Albert Ellis, learn about it, and how our thoughts can help us to calm anxious or too.
5. Relax every day, for example, music, love, meditation, swimming, hiking, etc.
6.EXCERCISE. Opioid analgesics own body that sometimes exceed 30 minutes moderate exercise training is excellent release cardiovascualr such as swimming.
7.NO or to limit alcohol consumption.Depression and shrinks the brain and the body is dehydrated, water.
8 TEF. Try www.emofree.com and download your free guide. I was very skeptical, but worked wonders for me, after a therapist has helped me to use this technique.

We hope these tips help

May God help you, as I have brought a degree of tension before diazepam and continue to fight is not easy to think that you'll need some type of antidepressant little chew gum, I could not finish some in my mouth, which really helps

Breathe deeply and slowly or fast hard punches from the oxygen in your mouth and listen to relaxation tapes or CDs, or even a pet or an aquarium, a therapeutic effect.

Does your hospital a "running scared" of course? It focuses on the management to cope with anxiety, relaxation techniques, etc. The fairly good. See if your doctor can recommend.
